The Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas expressed on Monday its solidarity with Sudan over the deadly floods that hit the country.
“We express our full solidarity with the government and people of Sudan in the face of floods that have hit several states, killing over 100 people and causing buildings to collapse,” Hamas Spokesman Hazem Qasem wrote on Facebook.
Qasem also extended his movement’s sincere condolences to Khartoum over the victims of the flood and stressed that the country would recover and overcome the crisis very soon.
Hamas spokesman wished God’s blessings and mercy be descended upon the victims and a speedy recovery for the wounded.
