The Palestinian resistance that pushed the Israeli occupation to withdraw from Gaza in 2005 is able to liberate Palestine, Hamas spokesperson Abdul-Latif Al-Qanoa has said.

The spokesperson said that the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza was not brokered by any body but was a result of the Palestinian resistance and its heroic actions against the Israeli occupation.

He also added that the Palestinian people are able to restore their freedom and is on the track of freedom struggle against the Israeli occupation until liberation.

“The Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip was a turning point in the history of our people and a glimmer of hope of full liberation and freedom,” he explained.
