Hamas movement considered that protests organized in Arab countries against normalization a sign of understanding the horrible outcomes of forging ties with the Israeli occupation by the Arab peoples.

In a statement, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem said that the demonstrations held in Arab countries highlight the peoples’ rejection of all forms of normalisation with the Israeli occupation.

“We know that the national consciousness of the Arab peoples is capable of halting normalisation with the Israeli occupation,” Qasem said.

He added that the Arab peoples consider Palestine the core issue and see the Israeli occupation as their enemy.

The Hamas spokesperson called on Arab governments to put into consideration the standpoint of their peoples against normalization.
