The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” had convened with representatives of the Palestinian factions on Sunday to discuss the issue of Rafah crossing.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri confirmed that the meeting was positive and transparent, adding that Hamas communicated to the factions its acceptance of a factionl initiative to let a national committee run the Rafah border crossing.

He also reiterated Hamas’s willingness to see the national consensus government take charge in Gaza.
