Hamas Movement condemns the killing of Palestinian teenager Amer Snouber by Israeli occupation forces, who beat him to death in northern Ramallah.

The brutality and sadism practiced by Israeli occupation soldiers against a 17-year-old boy by attacking him with the butts of their guns reflects the torture inflicted on him moments before his death in a hospital in Ramallah.    

This Israeli crime requires an immediate and firm response by escalating all forms of resistance and taking practical steps in the popular resistance program given that this option is capable of putting an end to attacks against Palestinians by the Israeli occupation army and settlers.

We call on all human rights groups to prosecute the Israeli occupation for its crimes against the Palestinian people and undermine its legitimacy in all international forums and UN bodies.

We stress that Snouber’s execution sends a clear message to all sides normalising ties or seeking to develop suspicious relations with the Israeli occupation, which inflicts all forms of injustice and aggression against Palestine and its people.
