A senior delegation form Hamas has concluded its visit to Cairo after a series of meetings with Egyptian officials, in which it discussed a number of issues of mutual concern, particularly boosting bilateral relations between both sides, in addition to the challenges facing the Palestinian cause, the regional political developments.

The talks also addressed how to end intra-Palestinian division, achieve national partnership among Palestinian factions, reinforce the Palestinian home front, unify the Palestinian decision-making in the face of the major dangers posed to the Palestinian cause and how to increase the Palestinians’ steadfastness and alleviate Gaza’s harsh humanitarian situation.

The Hamas delegation found that Egypt was keen for efforts being exerted to achieve Palestinian partnership and reconciliation to succeed.
