The US resolve to extend scientific cooperation accords into Israeli settlements in the West Bank highlights the American direct involvement in aggression against Palestinian people and in the gradual implementation of annexation plans, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem said.

In a press release, Qasem said that the US stances towards settlements in the West Bank show that the normalisers have been deceived and given empty promises.

He also noted the US policy against the rights of the Palestinian people requires all Palestinian to restructure the Palestinian home and promote popular resistance.
