Statement on martyrdom of Palestinian youth Bilal al-Rawajbeh after he was shot by Israeli occupation forces in Nablus
The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourns the martyrdom of Palestinian youth Bilal al-Rawajbeh, 29, who’s a security officer, by Israeli occupation soldiers at Huwara military checkpoint in southern Nablus, stressing this is a new crime that confirms Israeli heinous and criminal mentality.
We offer our sincere condolences to the martyr’s family, as well as the residents of the West Bank city of Nablus.
Al-Rawajbeh’s blood reiterates that resistance against the occupation is capable of putting an end to the Israeli crimes, which requires setting up an inclusive programme aimed at ending the Israeli occupation of our lands.
Achieving unity on the basis of resistance and the liberation of Palestine and Palestinian prisoners has become a pressing necessity amid continuous land grab and fierce attacks against Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons.
Israeli occupation, for more than 100 days, has been enjoying the suffering of Palestinian detainee Maher al-Akhras, who is in a critical health condition and could be pronounced dead anytime.
