The reformation of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) should occur by rebuilding it on the basis of Palestinian constants, member of Hamas Politburo Fathi Hammad said.

In an interview with Al-Aqsa TV Channel, the senior Hamas official said that the movement has made many sacrifices to encourage the “other side” to achieve reconciliation.

The movement has exerted much effort to heal the Palestinian split, Hammad continued, adding that all Palestinians agree on the necessity to reach unity, he stated.

He also explained that the Palestinian unity can be promoted by upholding the national constants and Palestinian rights.

Celebrating 33^rd anniversary of Hamas, Hammad highlighted that the movement has become stronger, more flexible, and more active.

“Hamas keeps working and preparing for the liberation of Palestine,” added Hammad.
