The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has warned the Israeli occupation of jeopardizing the life of Palestinian captive Mohammad Al Qeiq, who has been on hunger strike for 63 days.

In a press release on Monday, Hamas spokesman Husam Badran warned that life of the hunger-striker Al Qeiq constitutes a red line for the Movement.

Badran affirmed that the martyrdom of Al Qeiq, who lost consciousness and is in a critical condition, will turn the table on the Israeli occupation and lead the Palestinian people to options unexpected by Israel.

“We cannot stand by and watch while Israel executes our prisoners”, Badran said.

He called on all official and popular parties to take immediate interventions for the release of the hunger striking detainee Al Qeiq.

The 33-year-old Palestinian journalist Mohammed Adeeb Al Qeiq has been on hunger strike in Israeli lockups for 63 days in protest of his detention without trial or charges since last November
