Hamas Spokesperson Hazem Qasem said that changing the Palestinians’ voting centres without their consent in the West Bank must be investigated.

In a tweet, Qasem declared that there was a change in the places of voting, pointing out that this is a violation of the Cairo agreement.

The Palestinian security forces, which allegedly made the changes, must not interfere in the electoral process and freedom to campaigning must be guaranteed, the Hamas spokesperson added.

While praising the endeavours of the Central Elections Committee to probe the changes, Qasem called on the Palestinian people and factions to take serious action against such violations.
