The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” stated on Wednesday there are currently no arrangements to hold a bilateral meeting between Khaled Mishaal, head of the Movement’s political bureau, and the Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said in a press release that the existing arrangements are related to holding a meeting between delegations from the two Movements.

ِPress reports had recently speculated that there would be a meeting soon in Doha between heads of Hamas and Fatah to discuss issues related to the internal Palestinian situation.
