On the time of the meetings of the national dialogue in Cairo, Member of Hamas Political Bureau Husam Badran stated the following:

We confirm that the second round of the national dialogue scheduled for mid-March will be held on time and the reports about delaying it are baseless.

We reiterate that Hamas is keen to continue the Palestinian national dialogue to ensure holding the elections and restructuring the Palestinian Liberation Organisation and other national institutions through free and transparent elections.
