The Israeli occupation’s racist demeanour in Al Aqsa Mosque that has escalated since the start of the holy month of Ramadan is a failed attempt to impose a new reality in the Muslims’ sacred site.

Last night, Israeli occupation forces broke into the mosque and arrested many Palestinians who were performing their prayers. Such Israeli behaviours constitute a violation of the right to worship guaranteed by international law and conventions.

If the Israeli occupation continues with these policies, they will most likely trigger a fierce Palestinian response, especially in the holy month of Ramadan.
