Head of Hamas Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, offered his sincere condolences to the wife of Palestinian martyr Nizar Banat, who was killed by Palestinian Authority security forces during a raid on his home in the West Bank town of Dura in Hebron. 

In a phone call, Haniyeh confirmed his full support to the slain martyr’s family and all those who rejected such heinous crime. 

The Hamas chief pledged that he would follow up Banat’s case to hold all those involved in his killing responsible.    

“Nizar [Banat] is a martyr to the [Palestinian] homeland and to the freedom of opinion. Our revolt people in defense of their freedom, dignity, and innocents lives cannot accept such crimes,” Haniyeh added.
