Hamas movement expresses its solidarity with the European countries hit by floods, especially Germany and Belgium, which led to many casualties among residents and hundreds reported missing, in addition to enormous destruction of the infrastructure.
  
Hamas wishes the wounded a speedy recovery and sends its sincerest condolences to the victims’ families.
