On the news reports about sentencing hearings for Palestinians detained by Saudi Arabia set for next Sunday to Thursday, Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh stated the following: 
We hope that this trial will be concluded with releasing all Palestinians detained in Saudi jails, above all Dr. Mohammed Al-Khudari. 

Moreover, the Movement is looking for a verdict and an initiative by the monarch to close up this file, in line with Saudi Arabia’s historic positions in support of the Palestinian people and their just cause.
