The spokesman of Hamas Movement, Hazem Qassem, stated the following:

The brutal Israeli bombardment in Lebanon is a flagrant violation and a terror act reflecting the Israeli occupation’s thuggery policy exercised against the Arab and Islamic Ummah. 

The continued Israeli aggression across the region will not hinder the Arab and Islamic peoples’ resistance to the Israeli colonial project that always seeks more expansion and control over the Ummah’s capabilities. 

While the Israeli occupation continues with provocation and thuggery towards the Ummah, we, Arabs and Muslims backed by the free people of the world, should unify all efforts and capacities to face off the Israeli terrorist behavior.
