The Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas mourns the death of Palestinian martyr Amjad Husseiniya, who was shot dead Monday at dawn by Israeli occupation forces in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin.  

The resistance will remain the most righteous option to end the occupation of our Palestinian land, protect our holy sites, and restore our rights. 

The acts of resistance by Palestinian freedom fighters against the Israeli occupation forces prove that the revolutionary spirit is deeply rooted in the Palestinian consciousness and that the blood of Palestinian martyrs, who have fallen in Jenin and across historic Palestine, will be the fuel of the Palestinian fight to achieve freedom, end the occupation, and expel Israeli colonial settlers.
