Hamas Movement strongly condemns the policy of repression, silencing, and political arrests practiced by the security services of the Palestinian Authority against our Palestinian people in the West Bank.

The political arrests affected a number of activists, intellectuals, and liberated detainees while participating in a sit-in in front of the Ramallah police to demand holding accountable the killers of Nizar Banat.

These disgraceful policies of the Palestinian Authority are a national sin that insults the long course of the Palestinian struggle.

Hamas demands the PA in the West Bank to release the detainees immediately, hold the killers of Nizar Banat accountable, and put an end to all those who manipulate the social peace of the Palestinian society.
