President of the Palestinian National Council Saleem Al-Zanoun has sent a letter to the head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh to offer condolences on the death of Hamas official Ibrahim Ghousha. 

In the letter, Al-Zanoun said they received the bad news about the death of Hamas official Al-Zanoun with sorrow, highlighting that the Hamas official spent his life serving the Palestinian people and defending the Palestinian cause. 

Al-Zanoun added: “We offer our condolences to you and the deceased’s family, wishing that Allah will shower his soul with mercy and that he may rest in peace.”
