On the bombing of Gaza, Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem stated the following:

After the Freedom Tunnel operation, the occupation attempts to cover up its failure and inability by bombing Gaza.

Assuring the occupation's inability to impose equations on our Palestinian people, the Resistance's response to the bombing in Gaza and the confrontations with the occupation in all the cities of the West Bank and Jerusalem confirm the continuation of the Freedom Intifada to support our heroic detainees.
