Hamas movement hails the positions of the Iraqi government against normalizing ties with the Israeli occupation and in support of the Palestinian cause. 

These remarks emphasize the Iraqi people's spirit of Arab nationalism and their commitment to the Palestinian issue. 

We call on the Arab and Islamic nations to shoulder their responsibility towards the Palestinian issue and take similar positions in line with the Arab peoples’ consensus against normalizing ties with the Israeli occupation. We also call on them to support the Palestinian people in their freedom struggle against the Israeli occupation.
