Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh sent Monday a letter of solidarity and condolences to Omani Sultan Haitham bin Tariq al-Said after tropical cyclone Shaheen battered several provinces of the sultanate.  

In the letter, Haniyeh expressed his movement’s solidarity with Oman, praying that Allah shower the victims with His mercy and wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded. 

Haniyeh voiced his sincere condolences to the Sultan and the casualties’ families, wishing Oman a future of security and stability.
