The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on the 29th of November of every year coincides with the resolution for the Partition of Palestine, which was intended to liquidate the Palestine cause and give a foreign, settler-colonial entity the right to exist on the land of the native Palestinians.

With support and backing from the imperialist powers, represented by the American administrations and allies to the Zionist entity, the Zionist aggression continues to this day against our Palestinian people, in a way that contradicts all international norms and laws that affirmed the historical rights of our people and the legitimacy of resisting the occupation.

Although the United Nations General Assembly has recognized the 29 November of every year as the "International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People", the UN and the international community do not bear their responsibilities and entrusted role against the aggressive Zionist policies against our Palestinian people, land, and sanctities, in addition to refusing to acknowledge the Palestinian people's democratic option and imposing unfair conditions on our people.

On the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” affirms the following:

First: We salute the Palestinian people at home, exile, and the diaspora for their steadfastness and support of the resistance in confronting the Zionist enemy's projects and schemes.

Second: Palestine, from the river to the sea, is for the Palestinian people. The comprehensive resistance is a legitimate right guaranteed by all international laws, foremost the armed resistance against the Zionist enemy. 
Attempts to reverse the facts, and integrate the occupation in the region will not succeed, and the Zionist enemy will remain the main enemy of our Palestinian people and the Islamic nation.

Third: We salute the peoples of Arab and Islamic nations and the free people of the world who stand with our Palestinian people, and dedicate this day for global solidarity to remind the world of the just Palestinian cause and the crimes of the Zionist enemy against our people and its sanctities.

Fourth: Adoption of this global solidarity day with the Palestinian people, coinciding with the anniversary of the project to partition Palestine, is a historical injustice that has befallen our Palestinian people from the global forces of colonialism and the Zionist occupation.

Fifth: The continuous Zionist aggression in Palestine that targets the human being, identity, land, holy sites, and passing of projects to liquidate the Palestinian cause, denial of the right of return, and normalization with the occupation requires urgent consensus on a national rescue plan based on unity, partnership and the resistance program that protect the Palestinian constants, strengthen the steadfastness of our Palestinian people, confront the occupation and reinvigorate international solidarity movement with our Palestinian people.

Sixth: We call for urgent action to stop all the crimes and violations of the Zionist enemy against our Palestinian people and sanctities, the most recent of which was the storming of the Ibrahimi Mosque by the head of the criminal Zionist entity.
