A high-profile delegation from the Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas, headed by the movement's leader abroad, Khaled Meshaal,  has arrived today, Wednesday, in the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

The Hamas delegation's visit is planned to participate in the movement's 34th anniversary and meet the Palestinian people in Lebanon. 

Meshaal will carry out a round of meetings with several senior Lebanese officials and personalities to discuss ways to improve the social and humanitarian conditions of the Palestinians in Lebanon during these difficult circumstances.

Meshaal's meetings will include some Palestinian officials in Lebanon to discuss public national affairs that stress the importance of civil peace and strengthen the steadfastness of the Palestinian refugee camps through serious and tangible steps.
