Spokesman of Hamas Movement, Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Qanou, stated the following:

The so-called “Zionist Occupation Knesset” approval of the second and third readings of laws allowing the occupation army to suppress the Palestinian detainees in occupation prisons, and the protests in the 1948 occupied lands, is a new dangerous escalation against our Palestinian people that reveals, once again, the terrorist behavior of the occupation leaders against the Palestinian people.

Hamas disapproves and condemns Mansour Abbas's voting on this Zionist decision and considers it unacceptable alignment with the Zionist enemy, and shameful support for its racist laws that incite the oppression and abuse of our Palestinian people.

Such racist and criminal laws, which came after the Palestinian Authoity (PA) President met with the Zionist Minister of War, will not succeed in breaking the will of our Palestinian people.

The Palestinian detainees in the enemy prisons and the 1948 occupied lands' Palestinians will keep defending their rights until regaining their freedom and ending the occupation.
