Hamas spokesman Hussam Badran warned against the repercussions of aggressive Israeli policies that target Palestinian prisoners.

In a press release on Wednesday, Badran noted that Israeli Prison Services (ISP) had recently escalated its measures against Palestinian detainees, including frequent raids and humiliating searches, and increasing the number of prisoners held in solitary confinement, while the lives of dozens of detainees face imminent danger as a result of medical negligence in occupation prisons.

"The situation in occupation prisons has come to a boil as a result of of repressive Israeli practices against the prisoners." He warned.
