Hamas chief abroad, Khaled Meshaal, revealed the efforts to unify the Palestinian front based on national partnership away from leadership's unilateralism.

Meshaal indicated, during an interactive dialogue on the Twitter platform, that Hamas has issued a joint statement with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement and the Palestinian Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine to form a united Palestinian front that includes all Palestinians.

Meshaal added, "We don't seek to establish an alternative body for the PLO, but we reject to keep it inactive. We also reject imposing leaders by force of the fait accompli and Hamas in cooperation with the factions can launch a comprehensive national strategy".

Meshaal made it clear that Hamas wants to achieve Palestinian reconciliation based on holding the general elections and national partnership with all factions, regardless of the vote results.

Hamas chief abroad condemned the PA's escalation of political arrests in the West Bank, stressing that it is a crime of the security collaboration.

Normalization

Meshaal affirmed Hamas's firm position of rejecting and condemning normalizing ties with the Israeli occupation and considering it part of the alliances in the region, adding, "The Arab-Arab and Arab-Islamic disputes hurt us."

Hamas Chief pointed out that normalization projects in the region are still fragile. The Arab peoples still reject normalization, and the latest examples are the Kuwaiti player Muhammad Al-Awadi's refusal to compete with an Israeli occupation player.

Explaining that the occupation is no longer America's effective tool in the region, Meshal added, "The occupation's international legitimacy is declining. It's been greatly boycotted in various countries of the world."

"The emergence of regional powers enables us to play a positive role in serving our Palestinian cause," Meshal added.

Stressing not to wait for changes in the international arena to resolve our Palestinian cause, Meshal said, "We are the ones who shape our destiny and decide our present and our future."

Meshal said that the US withdrawal from the region and its preoccupation with China and Russia enhances the chances of the regional countries to play important roles away from dependency and hegemony and this serves our Palestinian cause.

Resistance and detainees

Hamas chief abroad stressed that his movement seeks to develop resistance tactics and tools on all fronts.

Meshal stressed the adherence to the right of return, the liberation of detainees, and the development of resistance to defend our Islamic and Christian sanctities and end the siege of Gaza.

Meshal pointed out that the resistance operations' rate in the West Bank during 2021 doubled from 2020 despite the security collaboration.

Meshaal noted that the "Sword of Jerusalem" battle turned all Trump's steps into ash.

He said that the detainees' file is still pending because the occupation attempts to thwart it.

Hamas Foreign Relations

Meshaal said that the relationship with Iran has begun in the early nineties based on Hamas's philosophy of a resistance movement that insists on the Arab and Islamic depth.

Hamas chief explained that Iran is distinguished in its unconditional support to our military resistance.

Meshal indicated that Hamas left Syria because it refused to take a stance with the regime against the Syrian people.
"We initiated resolutions to the crisis in its beginnings, but as we were guests, we preferred to leave rather than take a stand with one party against another."

Meshal pointed out that Hamas had early relations with all the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Meshaal stressed that Hamas does not abandon the nation, and does not accept any offense against any country.
