Seventy-four years ago, the Zionist colonization gangs committed the heinous massacre against our Palestinian people in Deir Yassin town, west of occupied Jerusalem, and murdered nearly 300 Palestinian men, women, and infants. Today, the occupation and Zionist extremists still practice the same systematic terrorism against our Palestinian land, people, and holy sites.

On the seventy-fourth anniversary of the Deir Yassin Massacre, We, in the Hamas Movement, salute the Palestinian martyrs, resistance, revolutionaries, and steadfast defenders of our national rights, and affirm the following:

First: The occupation crimes and massacres against our Palestinian land and people will not be subject to a statute of limitations, and their perpetrators will be prosecuted as war criminals in international forums.
We will remain loyal to the Palestinian sacrifices and continue the path of liberation until defeating the occupation of our land.

Second: The occupation's continued criminal approach against the occupied city of Jerusalem of Judaization, colonial settlement, displacement of its people, and attempts at changing and obliterating Al-Aqsa Mosque's landmarks through attempts at temporal and spatial division will not break our Palestinian people's will of continuing the path of comprehensive resistance until achieving all of our legitimate rights.

Third: We call on human rights and humanitarian institutions to expose the occupation crimes and prosecute their perpetrators before the international courts, and bring justice to our Palestinian people and their legitimate rights of freedom and self-determination.
