Hamas official Abdel Hakil Hanini has condemned the demolition of the house of Palestinian detainee Omar Jaradat by the Israeli occupation army as a "cowardly act of terrorism." 

In a statement on Saturday, Hanini said that the home demolition policy is a form of collective punishment that is being practiced by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. 

"Collective punishment crimes and demolishing Palestinian houses won't succeed in shaking the Palestinian people's belief in their rights to their lands and resistance," Hanini emphasized. 

The more the Israeli occupation intensifies its aggression against the Palestinians, the more determined they become to continue resisting the occupation and defending themselves with all means possible, he explained.
