The occupation's emergency law in the West Bank is void and will not confer legitimacy or claimed sovereignty to the occupation

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas rejects the so-called emergency law that the Zionist “Knesset” seeks to approve and implement in the occupied West Bank.

This legislation is an expression of a racist and colonial policy that represents a flagrant violation of the Palestinian people's rights and all relevant international norms and covenants.
