The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has vehemently condemned the obstruction by PA security forces of the reception for the Palestinian detainee Abdel Khaliq al-Natsha, who has just been released from Israeli occupation prisons. 

Hamas spokesperson Fawzi Barhoum denounced the attack on the reception as an “irresponsible act that violates all national values and norms and targets Palestinian figures and leading ex-detainees.” 

In a press statement, Barhoum called on the PA leadership and security services to prioritize the supreme Palestinian national interests and respect Palestinian ex-detainees and their just issues. 

Barhoum urged the Palestinian people and factions to embrace Palestinian detainees and express solidarity with them in their fight against the Israeli occupation.
