The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourns the death of Palestinian engineer Ali Harb, 28, who was stabbed in the heart by an Israeli occupation colonial settler as he was fending off an attack by Israeli occupation colonial settlers on Iskaka town near the occupied West Bank city of Salfit. 

This crime is a continuation of the horrendous war launched by Israeli occupation colonial settlers on the Palestinian people and their holy sites and property.

It comes as a result of state-sponsored incitement by the Israeli occupation, which gave Israeli occupation colonial settlers the green light to practice systematic terrorism across historic Palestine. 

The Israeli occupation bear responsibility for this colonial settler violence; the Palestinian people will always be ready to confront Israeli occupation forces and colonial settlers. 

We offer our condolences to Harb's family and loved ones and the residents of Salfit over his loss.
