In light of the meeting that brought US President Joe Biden and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas together, we reiterate that comprehensive resistance is the only path to ending the occupation of Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories. 

Biden's speech in Bethlehem only favoured the Israeli occupation and reflected silence over its racist, settler-colonial, and Judaisation policies and disregard for Palestinian rights in the quest of integrating the Israeli occupation into the Arab region.  

We call on the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) leadership to abandon its fruitless approach of compromise, which has only harmed the Palestinian cause and turned the Palestinian national institutions into security agents tasked with protecting the Israeli occupation and colonial settlers, who take advantage of this approach to commit more crimes and violations against the Palestinian people and their Muslim and Christian holy sites.
