Head of Hamas political bureau Ismail Haniyeh said that many politicians and UN officials have contacted the movement to contain the Israeli escalation in Gaza.
The Israeli occupation air forces struke Gaza this afternoon and killed nine Palestinians.
A 5-year-old Palestinian girls was killed in the attack.
The top Hamas official confirmed that the Israeli occupation is held responsible for the repercussions of the Israeli offensive and for crimes perpetrated against the Palestinian people.
