The Israeli occupation’s approval of new settlement plans in Jerusalem is intended to accelerate Judaization of the city and change its features. The Palestinian people will face such plans with unity and steadfastness. 

Hamas movement rejects such move of the so-called ‘Israeli municipality’ to approve new settlement plans in the city of Jerusalem and considers them desperate attempts to Judaize our land and abolish the Palestinian identity. We believe that such plans are doomed to failure. 

Additionally, the Palestinian people are prepared to confront Zionist crimes with unity and comprehensive resistance. 

We call on the steadfast Palestinian people to face Israeli violations and Israeli Judaization schemes in defense of our land and national rights until liberation and return.
