Facebook and Twitter have recently deleted thousands of posts, pages and accounts in response to demands from the Israeli ministry of justice, Quds Press reported on Wednesday.

During a meeting held few days ago, Israeli Minister of Justice Ayelet Shaked confirmed Israel is cooperating with Facebook, Twitter and google regarding what she called “violent electronic Palestinian incitement”.

“We succeeded to achieve our goals as around 70% of our demands [to delete Facebook and Twitter content] were fulfilled,” She said.

In conceding oversight to genocidal lunatics, Facebook and Twitter are either complicit with or have been hijacked and held at gunpoint by Israel. Shaked had during Israel’s attack on Gaza in summer 2014 called for the genocide of Palestinians, declaring that “the entire Palestinian people is the enemy”, and calling for the slaughter of Palestinian mothers who give birth to “little snakes”. Ironically, this is not incitement to Shaked.

A day after her genocidal call, Palestinian teenager Muhammad Abu Khudair was kidnapped and burned alive by Jewish Israeli settlers in Jerusalem.

In addition to constant attempts to control pro-Palestinian content on social media, the Israeli occupation has since the beginning of the Jerusalem Intifada intensified its crackdown on social media activists.

Over 300 Palestinians had between October 2015 and March 2016 been arrested over posts on Facebook, including at least 28 women.
