The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas calls on the Palestinian citizens of Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the 1948 occupied territories to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque and confront the Zionist occupation's accelerating attacks and the colonial settlers' provocative actions targeting the Palestinian people and sanctities.

Hamas hails the steadfast Palestinian people in occupied Jerusalem for defending the Al-Aqsa Mosque and calls on them to continue confronting the settlers’ incursions into it. The movement also salutes Palestinian Jerusalemites for thwarting all Israeli schemes aimed at controlling the Al-Aqsa by dividing it temporally and spatially.

Hamas also calls on the Arab and Islamic nations and the free peoples of the world to take effective action in support of the steadfast Palestinian Jerusalemites.
