The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has called for an end to the 15-year Israeli siege imposed on the Gaza Strip.
Speaking at a popular event held to protest the ongoing Israeli siege on Gaza and demand the Palestinian people access their natural resources, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem said that the Palestinian people will continue to hold onto their national rights and constants.
"This event conveys a message to the world that the Palestinian people have a right to live freely and in dignity and have access to a sea passage," Qasem added.
The Hamas spokesperson asserted that the Palestinian people will never waive their right to natural resources.
Qasem called on the Palestinian Authority to put an end to the Israeli occupation's theft of Palestinian natural resources.
