Hamas Spokesperson Abd al-Latif al-Qanou confirmed that the Palestinian people will keep resisting the Israeli occupation to protect their land and the holy sites until liberation.

Al-Qanoua said that the Zionist occupation continues its aggression and mobilizes its forces to storm and tighten its grip on Al-Aqsa Mosque, which requires Palestinians' continued presence in its courtyards.

He added that allowing colonial settlers to storm the Al-Aqsa and Al-Ibrahimi Mosques, perform Talmudic rituals there, and burn copies of the Holy Quran and closing them to Muslim worshipers as part of the so-called Jewish holidays will result in bad consequences the Israeli occupation is responsible for.
