The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas received with deep sorrow the news about the death of Senegalese and human rights advocate Erfan Jawf, who passed away in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, after a long life of serving his religion, homeland, and the Muslim issues, foremost among them is the Palestinian cause.
 
As we salute Jawf for his honourable positions in support of the Palestinian people, we offer our sincere condolences to Senegal, its people, and the deceased’s family and loved ones.
