The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourns the death of Palestinian martyr Salah Briki, 19, who was shot dead late Thursday by Israeli occupation forces while defending his hometown of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

We reiterate that raiding and blockading Palestinian towns and villages will never break the will of the Palestinian people or undermine their commitment to their rights and struggle for liberation and return. 

We call on all Palestinians to unite behind the option of resistance in the face of the Israeli occupation.
