The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has condemned the latest Israeli aggression against Syria. 

In a press statement, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasim denounced the aerial attacks launched by the Israeli occupation army on Syria late Friday as a " repeated crime and aggression against our Ummah and a continuation of its terror against our Palestinian people." 

Qasim explained that the continued Israeli aggression on the Arab region is intended to pressure the Arab and Muslim nations into not expressing solidarity with the Palestinian cause, taking advantage of normalisation of ties with some regional parties.
