Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem has emphasised that the Palestinian resistance will continue to defend the Palestinian people everywhere and will not "allow the Israeli occupation to change equations." 

Qasem's remarks came after Israeli occupation warplanes conducted a spate of Israeli aerial attacks against the besieged Gaza Strip early Sunday.  

"The Israeli occupation has expanded its aggression against our Palestinian people by bombing the Gaza Strip following its execution of Palestinian martyr Ammar Mifleh in Huwara (Nablus)," Qasem pointed out in a press statement.  

The Hamas spokesperson stressed that the Israeli occupation's terror against the Palestinian people will not stop their freedom struggle for independence and liberation.
