The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemns in the strongest terms possible the attack by Israeli colonial settlers on the Armenian Patriarchate in occupied Jerusalem. 

Such racist and provocative act was carried out under the cover of the fascist Israeli occupation government, which plans to wipe out Jerusalem’s Palestinian national identity and its Muslim and Christian features. 

We call on the international community and human rights groups to act urgently to put an end to such systematic and frequent attacks on the property owned by Jerusalem’s churches and all Palestinian lands and hold Israeli leaders accountable for their crimes and violations against our Palestinian people and their homeland and holy sites.
