The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas hails the Palestinian people for their mass efforts to confront the Israeli occupation’s attempts to demolish their homes. 

We call on the residents of Silwan, Jabel Mukaber, and Khan al-Ahmar, in addition to all towns and villages of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, to unite in the face of the racist Israeli home demolition policy aimed at forcing them from their lands for the sake of settler-colonial Judaisation schemes intended to isolate Jerusalem from the the Palestinian towns and villages. 

As we reaffirm our Palestinian people’s legitimate right to resist the occupation and defend their homeland and holy sites, we urge the international community, the United Nations and all relevant parties to immediately act to put an end to the Israeli occupation’s fascist and racist schemes and hold its leaders accountable for their continued crimes in violation of the most basic human rights standards and international conventions.
