The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemns the siege imposed by the fascist Israeli occupation on the occupied West Bank city of Jericho for the ninth day in a row.

Hamas deems this siege a crime that is tantamount to a collective punishment that violates humanitarian principles.

The continuation of such crimes and violations against the Palestinian people requires the international community, the United Nations, and all concerned parties to pressure the Israeli occupation into lifting this illegal siege.
