Chairman of Hamas political bureau Khaled Meshaal asserted that Palestinians are determined to rid of the Israeli occupation and attain their freedom.

Meshaal’s statement came during a video message he sent to a conference organized in the Indian city of Kerala by the Solidarity Youth Movement, the youth movement of the Jamat Islami of India.

In his video message, Meshaal said that the illegitimate and illegal Israeli occupation of Palestine has no future, confirming that Palestinians remain resolute in their struggle to liberate and return to their lands.

He thanked members of the Solidarity Youth Movement for their instrumental support and solidarity with Palestine.

“When you support your Palestinian brothers you are standing at the correct side of history,” he told leaders and members of the Solidarity Youth Movement who had attended the conference.

Solidarity Youth Movement is a grassroots movement and one of the largest youth movements in India. The Movement’s activities range from development issues to human rights, and the Palestinian issue has been a core concern of the Movement which leaders had visited Gaza twice.
