The statement by UN’s experts authorised by the Human Rights Council on the increasing rate of systematic demolition of Palestinian homes by the Zionist occupation in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem and the arbitrary displacement and eviction of Palestinians is new evidence about the extent of the heinous crimes committed by the fascist occupation government against the Palestinian people, land, and sanctities.

The statement by the UN’s experts, including United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to adequate housing Balakrishnan Rajagopal, places responsibility on the international community and the United Nations to condemn the occupation crimes against the Palestinian people’s homes and lands.

It also calls on the international community and the UN to work towards ending them with all legal and political means possible, prosecute their perpetrators as war criminals, and defend the Palestinian people’s rights and their just cause.
